A new legal case has been filed against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, by April Lampros, who said she had “four terrifying sexual encounters” from the mid-1990s to the early-2000s.
The documents, filed on Thursday at the Supreme Court of the State of New York, external, state she met him in 1994, when she was a student at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology.
The lawsuit accuses Mr Combs of battery, assault, sexual assault, negligent infliction of emotional distress and gender-motivated violence.
According to a Source in New York Diddy Combs could also be forced to reveal something even more personal than his past relationships or business dealings: his medical history.
Speaking Exclusively To AfroSaxonVoice the source revealed that April Lampros is asking the court to compel the rapper to turn over all of his medical records from that time period.
According to the newly filed legal documents, Lampros claims Diddy may have exposed her to “serious and life-altering diseases” during the alleged assaults.

She wants to know exactly what risks she was put under.
Ms Lampros was an intern at Arista Records, and the documents say the company “negligently deemed Mr Combs was fit to be in a position of authority… and/or that Mr Combs would not commit acts of sexual assault; and/or that Mr Combs would not injure others”.
Lampros’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, filed a 10-page motion demanding that Diddy produce the results of all STD tests and all HIV tests taken before the alleged assaults.
The filing argues that Diddy’s medical status is directly relevant to the harm his accuser claims to have suffered. Her legal team says she has the right to know whether she was unknowingly exposed to diseases that could affect her for the rest of her life.
Diddy and his legal team have continued to deny all allegations against him. Still, with dozens of lawsuits piling up and now the possibility of his medical history being dragged into open court, the pressure is only intensifying.
The source who does not want to be named said: “It looks like Diddy has a lot of fending off to do as the cases keeps coming at him. People are out to get him. He is at his lowest right now being in prison and they keep knocking him down more and more.”
