Tina Turner’s Second Husband Has Found A New Girlfriend

Tina Turner’s second husband, Erwin Bach, has moved on two years after the legendary “Simply the Best” singer died.

The German music executive, 69, who was married to Turner from 2013 until her death in 2023, stepped out with his new girlfriend — who is reportedly named Christina — last month, according to photos published by People on Tuesday, December 2.

The two were seen shopping in Milan on November 26, the same day Turner would have celebrated her 85th birthday.

In August, Bach confirmed to Swiss newspaper Blick that he was dating again after hosting an intimate get-together at his home in Stäfa, Zurich, on August 1 with Christina in attendance.

Declining to provide his girlfriend’s last name, he told the publication, “We want to protect our privacy, and she is not a public figure.”

According to Blick, he and Christina met at a gathering of friends almost a year after Turner died at her home in Switzerland at age 83 following a long history of illness.

Christina, who is reportedly around 60 years old, is an American who has lived in Switzerland for years. She was also previously married and lost her partner.

While her interests include opera and ballet, Bach explained, “I’m more into rock and pop,” but added that they “see that more as a complement than a contrast.”

“I am grateful for my new love,” he added. “Now I can be happy again.”

Turner, who had a tumultuous first marriage to ex-husband Ike Turner, suffered a stroke a few weeks after she was married to Bach in 2013.

In 2016, she was diagnosed with intestinal cancer and eventually needed a kidney transplant. Bach donated his kidney to his wife, and the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll underwent the surgery in April 2017.
